1.  Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–10 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. If a delay is anticipated that falls outside of our standard window, we will notify you promptly via email.

We offer same-day dispatch on qualifying orders. Please allow additional transit time beyond the dispatch date based on your selected shipping method and destination.

2.  Shipping Address Accuracy

Please take a moment to verify your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order enters processing, our ability to make changes is limited. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at orders@bigdeckenergygames.com and we will do our best to accommodate a correction before shipment.

3.  Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a restocking fee will apply before the order can be reshipped. We will contact you via email to discuss next steps if this occurs.

4.  Lost or Stolen Packages

Big Deck Energy Games is not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but have not been received. If your tracking information shows a successful delivery and your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors or any household members, reviewing any photos provided by the carrier, and filing a report with your local postal carrier or law enforcement if theft is suspected.

We understand how frustrating this situation can be and encourage you to reach out to us as well. While we are unable to assume responsibility for carrier delivery confirmations, we will always do our best to help you determine next steps.

5.  Return Policy

For orders shipped internationally, any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are assessed upon arrival and are separate from any amounts collected at checkout. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for an estimate prior to placing an order.
